Our Focus
We specialize in manufacturing bulk or individual packaged, temperature controlled (frozen or fresh) foods. Product types range from fully plated complete meals, to individual components such as a diced chicken or a sauced pasta. We have decades of experience making a variety ethnic and traditional items.

In addition, we have been involved in the human grade frozen pet food market almost since its inception, starting off some of the most well known brands such as Farmers Dog, Spot & Tango, and others.

Getting Started
After an initial meeting to determine if our capabilities are a match with your products, vision, and backing, our R&D team will determine how to recreate your recipes at a higher volumes, a lower cost, and with better yields. Once under contract our R&D team we will go through an exhaustive analysis to determine the best way to manufacture your products in accordance with HACCP planning and Good Manufacturing Practices to create a repeatable product that can meet specific taste, look, marketability, cost and nutritional desires. As part of the process, we will create a volume test batch to verify all pricing and cost assumptions as well as to make sure final plating and packaging meets contract goals before we start producing at higher volumes.

Once approved, you are set to take your co-manufactured and packed products to the market or for your existing contract fulfillment needs. The entire R&D process can take as short as a few weeks to several months depending on the complexity and manufacturing readiness of your products recipes and packing plans.
